Rainy days can ruin a planned football day. Indoor football is the answer for those days where nature is the antagonist in our dream of playing football. Personally, as a football fanatic and someone that loves the game playing 3 or 4 times a week, I’ve stop playing for days just because the rain don’t let us step on the field and do what we like. But hey, I’m here to tell you that there’s an answer for those days.

Indoor football may be one of the best plans for a rainy day. It’s fun and entertaining and you’ll be doing some sport, instead of staying home doing nothing waiting for the rain to stop.

Here’s a list of 3 places where you can play some indoor football, and in some of them even more than one sport:

Fútbol Indoor Barcelona:

(Carrer Dels Tints 6, Sant Boi de Llobregat – Barcelona).

In Sant Boi de Llobregat, you’ll find a pavilion where indoor football is practiced and played. Their slogan is to “come and enjoy with your friends a good game of football, maintaining sportsmanship, playing as a team, putting together your game strategies, respecting fair play”. They have 3 pitches, in 1 of them you can play a 5 a side football match, and the other 2  are for a 4 a side football encounter.

There, not only can you play, but there’s also a restaurant where you can have a good lunch and watch football on their screens.

Located in Poble Sec, this pavilion has the upside that it’s located in an area where there are not many football places where to play. It has a dressing room for the players to change before and after the game. There’s also a restaurant and bar where you can wait for your time to play or where you can have an post-workout beer. It opens from Monday to Saturday with different time schedules.

Other sports are also practiced in this gym. You and your friends can play basketball; do some gymnastics, and many other activities.
